In our bachelor thesis, Julika Siegwart and I, engaged the topic unpacked shopping. We developed a concept how food can be offered unpacked in regular shops. To show this we made a book and an 1:1 model. The shelf system is in one part of the store where the food is stored in dispensers. Different information levels lead the cusumer. Moreover producers have the chance to represent themself. The information about the products can be taken home digitally via app or analogously with stickers.
